• Spaces covered identified (CCR/console hall, video wall, supervisor desk, meeting/war room, rack room, UPS/IPS, telecom, security, pantry/amenities, storage).
• Staffing levels, shifts (24/7), and number of consoles defined with growth allowance; future expansion zones reserved.
• Area classification and pressurization concept stated (safe area / positive pressure if adjacent to hazardous zones).

Spatial Planning & Ergonomics

• Console layout supports sightlines to video wall and supervisors; primary/secondary operator reach zones within ergonomic limits (seated/standing).
• Walkways and clearances meet code (main aisles, side aisles, knee/legroom, wheelchair turning radius); doors swing clear of consoles.
• Eye-to-display distances and viewing angles acceptable for monitor sizes/pixel pitch; glare minimized by orientation and shading.

Consoles, Workstations & Peripherals

• Console quantity/widths and sit-stand options confirmed; CPU/KVM location (local vs rack) defined; cable management and floor boxes shown.
• Monitor mounts support required count/size; ergonomic adjustability, tilt, and load ratings verified; peripheral devices (keyboards, trackballs, CCTV joysticks) placed logically.
• Operator chairs 24/7-rated and spaced; printers, radios, phones, headsets, docking stations, and labelers have allocated surfaces and power/data points.

Video Wall & Sightlines

• Video wall location, width/height, pixel pitch, brightness and control system defined; structure load and anchoring coordinated with structural.
• Viewing cones/angles validated for all consoles; no obstructions (columns, pendant lights); maintenance access front/back provided.

Traffic Flow, Egress & Security

• Entry vestibules/airlocks sized; access control and visitor flow defined; secure perimeter and viewing panels per security policy.
• Egress paths clear with compliant door widths/swing; emergency exits and signage shown; muster display visibility confirmed.

Acoustics & Lighting

• Acoustic targets specified (e.g., NC/NR level); wall/ceiling/floor finishes, doors, and glazing achieve required STC; reverberation controlled.
• Lighting levels set (ambient/task/accent), dimmable and uniform; low-glare fixtures and indirect lighting used; emergency lighting on UPS path.
• Daylight control (shades/blinds), color temperature/CRI, and flicker compliance considered for 24/7 operation.

HVAC, Pressurization & Environment

• Heat load calculations include video wall, consoles, occupants, and rack room equipment; supply/return layout avoids drafts on operators.
• Positive pressurization (if required) and filtration specified; temperature and humidity ranges stated; redundancy (N/N+1) considered for CCR and racks.
• Rack room hot/cold aisle, containment, and leak detection/condensate management defined; smoke control interfaces coordinated.

Power, UPS & Grounding

• Dual A/B power feeds and UPS backed outlets provided to consoles, video wall, and critical loads; generator backup path confirmed; EPO/EMO locations shown.
• Panelboard schedules, floor boxes, and PDU locations coordinated; clean earth points and bonding scheme defined; grounding resistance targets noted.

Networks, Cabling & IT/OT

• Redundant network drops (OT/IT/CCTV/VoIP) per console; fiber routes with diverse paths; patch panel/IDF/MDF capacity and labeling defined.
• Cable routes (trays/raised floor/overhead) separated from power per standard; penetrations/firestopping (MCT) detailed; spare capacity reserved.

Fire, Life Safety & Security Systems

• Fire detection/notification devices placed (smoke/heat, sounders/beacons); rack room clean agent system (if any) coordinated with shutdowns and vents.
• Portable extinguishers, emergency lighting, exit signage, and assembly/muster info included; CCTV camera coverage and access control readers shown.

Accessibility, Human Factors & Amenities

• Accessible heights for worktops/switches; tactile/visual cues considered; emergency refuge/assistance points if required by code.
• Support spaces provided (lockers, pantry, toilets nearby, prayer/quiet room where applicable, cleaning store, waste bins) with service connections.

Constructability, Coordination & Loads

• 3D model clash check against architectural/structural/MEP complete; ceiling void and raised floor depths adequate for services.
• Floor loading verified for video wall, consoles, and racks; anchoring details provided; delivery/installation routes and clear openings planned.

Testing, Commissioning & Handover

• Lighting level measurements, acoustic checks, HVAC balancing, and pressurization tests specified with acceptance criteria.
• Video wall color calibration, console power failover tests, network redundancy failover, and operator UAT walk-through planned.

Data Integrity & Final Polish

• Drawing set complete (plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules); legends and notes consistent; north arrows and levels shown.
• No orphan tags or undefined IDs; CAD/BIM standards followed; hidden filters cleared; print areas/page breaks set; PDFs export with selectable text.
