Information We Collect

When you register or use the InstruNexus Simulation App, we collect the following categories of information:

We do not store full payment card numbers. Payment transactions are processed by our payment gateway provider. We only retain transaction reference IDs and plan metadata.

Device Limitation & Fingerprinting

InstruNexus limits each account to a maximum of 2 active devices. To enforce this, we collect a device fingerprint — a non-personally-identifiable hash derived from your browser and system characteristics (screen resolution, user agent, timezone, etc.).

This fingerprint is stored securely in our database linked to your account. It is used solely to identify whether a new login is from an already-registered device or a new one. It cannot be used to identify you outside of InstruNexus, and is not shared with any third party.

If you reach your device limit, you can reset your devices by logging out from an existing device or by using the device reset option in the platform.
