Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with InstruNexus. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how subscription cancellations work.

Digital Product Policy

InstruNexus provides a digital subscription service with immediate access to all platform content upon purchase. Because the content is delivered digitally and is accessible immediately after payment, our refund policy is necessarily limited compared to physical products.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital subscription with immediate access and consent to the delivery of digital content starting immediately upon payment confirmation.

This policy is consistent with standard practice for digital subscription services and complies with applicable consumer protection regulations in India.

When Refunds Are Available

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

✅ Technical access failure: If you are unable to access any platform content due to a verified technical fault on our side, and the issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours of your reporting it, you are entitled to a full refund.

✅ Duplicate billing: If you are charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a payment processing error, the duplicate charge will be fully refunded.

✅ Unauthorised transaction: If you can demonstrate that your account was used to make a subscription purchase without your authorisation, we will investigate and issue a refund if the claim is verified.

✅ No access within 48 hours: If you have paid and your account has not been activated or given access within 48 hours of payment (and you have not accessed any content), you may request a full refund.

When Refunds Are Not Available

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@instrunexus.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Username]".
  2. Include the following details in your email: your registered email address, your username, the date of purchase, the payment reference/transaction ID (available in your payment confirmation email), and a clear description of the reason for your refund request.
  3. We will review your request within 3 business days and notify you of our decision by email.
  4. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. The exact time depends on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that requesting a refund under false pretences (e.g., claiming non-access when content was accessed) is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in permanent account termination.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation means your subscription will not be renewed at the next billing date.

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. You can find your next billing date in your account settings or in your original subscription confirmation email.

Corporate / Bulk Subscriptions

Refund and cancellation terms for Corporate or bulk subscriptions negotiated directly with InstruNexus may differ from the standard policy above and will be governed by the terms agreed upon in your corporate agreement.
