By accessing or using the InstruNexus Simulation App ("Service", "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
InstruNexus is an online instrumentation and control engineering training platform that provides:
The Service is delivered via the internet and requires an active subscription. Features available to you depend on your chosen subscription plan.
Plans: InstruNexus offers three subscription tiers — Basic, Pro, and Expert/Corporate — each with different feature sets and pricing as described on our Pricing page.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR). The launch pricing displayed is the current discounted rate. Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the current rate. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings or by contacting support before the next billing date.
Additional users (Expert/Corporate plan): Each additional user added beyond the base plan is billed at ₹2,499/user/month. Each additional user receives 2 device slots and full Expert plan access.
All subscription fees are payable in advance. Access to the Service is conditional on maintaining an active, paid subscription. Expired subscriptions result in a content freeze — your progress data is retained for 90 days after expiry.
Each user account is permitted to be logged in on a maximum of 2 devices simultaneously. This is enforced via device fingerprinting technology.
The 2-device limit is per user account, not per subscription. Corporate plans with multiple users each receive their own 2-device allocation.
You may use InstruNexus solely for your own personal training and professional development. You agree that you will:
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund:
⚠️ Content is watermarked with your user ID. Redistributed content can be traced back to its source account. Unauthorised redistribution will be actively pursued.
All content on InstruNexus — including but not limited to simulations, diagrams, reading materials, quiz questions, training programs, engineering templates, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of InstruNexus and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the content on the platform for your personal training and professional development only. This licence does not permit you to:

For training purposes only. All simulations, calculations, and content on InstruNexus are designed exclusively for training and personal development. They must not be used as the basis for actual engineering, design, or project decisions.
For any actual project or engineering work, you must consult and comply with the applicable international standards (IEC, ISA, ASME, API, ISO, IECEx, ATEX, etc.), local regulations, and your company's engineering standards and procedures. InstruNexus accepts no liability for decisions made based on content from this platform.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is free from inaccuracies.
By you: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid for the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
By InstruNexus: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you:
In cases of termination for breach, no refund will be issued. Your training progress data may be deleted upon account termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InstruNexus shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to InstruNexus in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:
Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cancel your subscription before the effective date.
